What you can expect from our Personal Trainers
The team of Personal Trainers are led by Beyond Fitness Director Boris Lukin, who is a Personal Trainer, Osteopath, and an Air Force Reservist.
We are all passionate and serious about your health and fitness, with many years of hard work and training under our belt.
We keep training while you do. We are part of the Fitness U education program run by the Australian Fitness Network. This is one way of keeping our Personal Trainers updated with quality information to train you well – and safely.

Private Studio
Your personal training sessions are held in a small and friendly environment. You are given our full attention in a one-on-one or small group session (no more than five people).
Facilities
Our facilities were designed to provide you with a comfortable, safe and convenient workout:

Training Process
Your health is taken care of at Beyond Fitness – our trainers work in consultation with our on-site osteopath and remedial masseur to ensure your program is safe and will deliver long-term results.
You can expect initial and ongoing health consultations with fitness assessments, a variety of training methods, nutrition and food advice, follow up, accountability, guidance with exercises, coaching, motivation, and most importantly a fun and safe environment to better your health in.
