The bootcamp is a program that we run at Beyond Fitness to help you achieve your fitness and health goals within a determined time period.

We will help you lose that extra bit of weight, feel less stressed and have higher energy levels to feel more confident about yourself and re-motivate you to keep pursuing your health goals.

Our boot camps involve kettle bells, ropes, running, bodyweight exercises – lots of fun and individual challenges and obstacle courses outdoors to get you primed and ready for the day ahead.
