What you get;
- Initial postural assessment and movement analysis.
- Personalized goal setting session. Goals are not fixed or demanding, unless you want them to be.
- Unlimited group fitness classes.

- Fortnightly 45-60 minute workshops and open discussions.

What we won’t ask you to do;
- Eliminate certain foods or food groups from your diet.
- Force you to over train.
- Ignore any concerns or limitations you may have.
What we will ask you to do;
- A payment of $590
- Stay positive and open to new experiences and challenges.
- Attend our workshops. We at Beyond Fitness are big advocates of sharing knowledge, so we will be taking time out to cover certain topics and addressing any concerns you may have.
- Be honest and open to feedback and communication. The more information we can share the better we can serve you.
- Contribute to our private Facebook support group. “Check-in” sharing your experiences at Beyond Fitness during the 12 Week Beyond Transformation Program.
