Bodyweight squat

Do 30 seconds worth of repetitions per exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest between each exercises.

Do at least 4 sets.

  1. Bodyweight squats (see image)
  2. Push ups
  3. Back extension
  4. Single dead lift
  5. Burpee
